Tumbling Classes

Flippin' Out 

For athletes with no prior tumbling experience.

This class is a high energy tumbling class with a "Parkour" like feel.  Students will work on everything from rolls, cartwheels, jumping and flips.  They will use a variety of equipment and obstacles, all with an emphasis on safety and proper landings.

Back Handspring 101

For athletes with no prior tumbling experience.

For any athlete interested in learning a back handspring.This class will work on all the progressions necessary to be able to perform a back handspring safely and with proper technique.  Students will start with a simple back bend and work up to a back handspring.

Beginner 1 Tumbling

For athletes with no prior tumbling experience.

There are no skill requirements for this class. The class will focus on the basic tumbling skills - forward roll, bridge, handstand, cartwheel - in order to build a foundation for more advanced levels of tumbling.

Beginner 2 Tumbling

For athletes who have some prior experience in tumbling.

Students enrolling in this class should already have a good handstand, solid cartwheel, and bridge kick-over. This class will work on round-offs, back walk-overs, and back handsprings.

Beginner 3 Tumbling

For athletes who have some prior experience in tumbling (good handstand, solid cartwheel, round-off, back walkover, and STANDING BACK HANDSPRING on floor).

This class will work on round-off back handsprings, round-off multiple back handsprings, front handsprings and standing multiple back handsprings.

Intermediate Tumbling

For athletes who have a standing back handspring and a round-off back handspring.

This class will work on round-off back handsprings, back tucks, standing back tucks and front tucks.

Advanced Tumbling

For athletes who have a minimum of a round-off, back handspring, back tuck.

This class will work on lay-outs, fulls, front tumbling, arabians, and above. This is a high level class and may only be taken by students with proper experience and skill level.

Advanced+ Tumbling

For athletes who have a minimum of a round-off back handspring layout and standing back tuck.

This class will work on single fulls, arabians, front fulls, whips, standing pikes and above . This is a high level class and may only be taken by students with proper experience and skill level.
